Your Rights:

Whether you have been injured in a car accident or in a fall, or while riding your bike, you may have a claim against the responsible persons.

If you have been injured on the job, you may be entitled to compensation for the work that you are missing or for the medical treatments you need to recover.

If you or your family is or may be affected by the pollution emanating from a nearby company, you may be able to recover money damages or even be able to put a stop to the exposures.

If you have suffered the misrepresentations of a seller or real estate agent, or by the failure of your insurance company to honor their policy with you,  these are claims that may be brought in court to make you whole.

In any of these areas, you need a seasoned attorney to guide you through the process of asserting your rights.  I am ready to assist you.

The Public Interest:

I have spent a substantial portion of my legal career working for public interest environmental law organizations.  At the Law Office of Michael D. Fiorentino, that commitment remains.

Pro bono legal services are those rendered without charge or at significantly reduced rates to individuals and organizations whose claims will advance important public interests.  Often, I am able to provide citizen and environmental groups with below market rates if their matter has the potential to protect or improve the quality of the environment.  On occasion, I may be able to avoid charging a fee to such clients.

Consumers First!

If you are being hounded by creditors, there is no need to sit back and take it.  Before you give in to junk debt collectors or rely on debt settlement companies that deliver underwhelming results, contact a consumer law attorney.

I can assess your situation, and help you deal with the harassing conduct of these creditors head on.  After my analysis, you'll know your options, which could include defending against their lawsuits, going on the offense, or even in some cases considering consumer  bankruptcy.
